He has managed teams and complex projects involving SAP, Windows, and Linux technologies, focusing on operational excellence and digital transformation.

Previously, Wilhelm held key roles such as Subcluster Lead – SAP Consultant & Application/Operation Support, Team Lead - SAP Consultant, and AMS SAP Consultant 2nd Level at IBM, where he was instrumental in enhancing customer satisfaction, managing ITIL processes, and mentoring teams. His career also includes technical support roles at Accenture Romania and Altran Engineering Solutions for BMW and automotive sectors, and his first role at Arvato Systems Romania providing 1st level support for Amazon.
